Reflexology is a holistic therapy that involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet. These areas, known as reflex points, are believed to correspond to different organs, glands, and systems in the body. By stimulating these reflex points, reflexology aims to promote balance and well-being throughout the body. It is based on the principle that the body has the ability to heal itself, and reflexology helps to facilitate this healing process by improving circulation, reducing tension, and promoting relaxation. Reflexology is often used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and address specific conditions or concerns.

Indian head massage is a therapeutic massage technique that originated in India. It focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders, but can also include the upper back, arms, and face.
During an Indian head massage, I will use a combination of gentle massage techniques, acupressure, and stretching movements to release tension and promote relaxation. The massage begins with the recipient seated and fully clothed. I will then use my hands, fingers, and thumbs to apply pressure to specific points on the scalp, temples, neck, and shoulders. I will also use circular motions, kneading, and tapping techniques to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle tension.
Indian head massage is believed to have numerous benefits, including reducing stress, relieving headaches and migraines, improving sleep quality, increasing mental clarity, and promoting overall well-being.
It is often used as a form of relaxation and stress relief, as well as to address specific concerns related to the head, neck, and shoulders.

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. It is based on the belief that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living beings, and when this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances or illness.
During a Reiki session, I will use my hands to channel this healing energy into the recipient's body. The recipient is typically lying down or seated, fully clothed, and I will place my hands lightly on or near different areas of the body, focusing on areas where energy blockages are believed to exist. The energy is said to flow through my body and hands and into the recipient, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that aims to restore balance and harmony in the body. It is often used as a complementary therapy to support conventional medical treatments and promote healing. Reiki can promote the feeling of a sense of deep relaxation, peace, and improved well-being after receiving treatment.
